Spring Equinox Sound Bath
Join us for a seasonal sound bath that honors the transition from winter’s inward focus to the lighter energy of spring. Taking place a couple of weeks before the equinox, this restorative experience offers space to slow down, reset, and gently prepare for the seasonal shift ahead.

You’ll be immersed in therapeutic sound through crystal singing bowls and chimes, along with subtle aromatherapy, for a multi-sensory experience guided by sound healing practitioner Lauren Platanos of Rhythms of Alchemy. Her approach weaves the wisdom of Ayurveda—the sister science of yoga and a holistic system for living in rhythm with nature—into deeply restorative sound baths that nourish the senses and support a reconnection with your inner rhythm and the sacred rhythms of nature.

Light refreshments will be available afterward for those who would like to stay and connect.

About Lauren:

Lauren Platanos, NBC-HWC, is the founder of Rhythms of Alchemy, where she embodies her path as an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Sacred Circle Guide. Through her newsletters, multi-sensory sound baths, the Rhythms of Ayurveda Circle, the Sacred Sisterhood Circle, and seasonal living workshops and retreats, she supports others in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, the sacred rhythms of nature, and nourishing community.

Her work weaves the timeless principles of Ayurveda with heart-centered, sensory-based practices—including sound, ritual, and ceremonial cacao—to create spaces for rest, balance, and self-healing. Lauren believes that community is medicine, that we are the alchemists of our own healing journey, and that by honoring solar, lunar, and seasonal cycles, we return to our natural state of wholeness.
